In addition, there have also been tweaks made top layer movement – including reducing the speed at which zombies can move – in order to make combat more tactical.”

New locations and items to find

Depending on where you are on the Day Z update, you may or may not have noticed a new location on your map: the veterinary hospital. This new location is home to a number of valuable new items and features that we’re excited to share with you.

Day Z update: First and foremost, the veterinary hospital is now home to a brand-new crafting station, which allows players to create medical supplies using materials found within the building. These supplies can be used to help heal other survivors, or sold on the black market for a profit.

Another exciting addition is the clinic’s new treatment room. Here, players can perform surgery on other survivors in order to save their lives! This feature can be accessed by interacting with the new operating table outside the room.

Last but not least, we’ve added two new vehicles – an ambulance and a fire engine – to the game world which can be found parked at the veterinary hospital.
